I put down that I want to loss a lb a week and it was calculated that i eat 1500 calories a day but if I work out and burn 500 calories. Do I eat the 1500 calories or do I eat more calories. I already have a deficit calculated in place and wonder if I need to stay at 1500 even if I burned 1000 that day. I always feel hungry. Am I eating too little?

Yes, you are supposed to eat back your exercise calories. You don't have to eat back all of them unless you are hungry.
Some days I eat back all, some days I eat back 1/2 or so depending on my hunger level.0 -
Why are you eating too little??? This can make you weak. Eat according to your hunger, but add nutritious food and fruits in you meal. Try to eat 1200 calories in a day and do exercise regularly.0

I would stay at the 1500 and eat back about half of your exercise calories or more depending on your hunger. If you gain weight in about 3 or 4 weeks eat a little less. Give it a few weeks though.0
