I don't eat when I'm not hungry...Eating when I'm not hungry and for some other reason is a BIG reason I got up to the weight that I did. And I eat when I am hungry as long as it doesn't put me over by more than 300, figure my calories will balance out at the end of the week

What I have found that works for me, I have 2 kids and work too..Is to focus on each month, not my long term goal. I've steadily lost 4.5 pounds a month is Jan. So I'm proud of myself. I'm a VS perfume *kitten* lol I love their scents and when/if I have the extra money it is one of the few places I can find bras that are comfortable that actually fit my DDD's I honestly don't care if the associates are fat/skinny/pretty/ugly as long as they treat me nice. Maybe you will be lucky like me and not loose to much in the boob area...I've not been below a DD in years even when I was at a healthy weight. One pound a week is a good goal.

Day one Level 2 for me...This is where I quit usually two after a couple of days so I put my swim suit in the room in front of me lol while I"m doing it, hopefully it will keep me going.. But gosh I feel like I'm dying right now.

I refuse to cut anything...I just smaller portions and the "bad" foods not as often...and makes sure to do an extra work out...

You look great in a two piece..As for the suit itself, I like the top, not a big fan of pink though and the bottom looks to big.

If I'm hungry I eat them if not I don't...But usually on my weekend cheat day the extra calories from the week help pad that if I get alittle out of control

I just finished day 8, I got a day behind this week...its been harder since I'm working earlier shifts so I am doing it in the evenings..but I'm committed to finishing it this time I am moving up to level 2 in 3 days :)... I just push myself though the slumps by telling myself how much better I'll feel when I'm done :)
