Daily Cals Vs Weekly Cals Question.
I was wondering if anyone here doesn't do the daily calories but does the calories by the week...Kinda like banking calories for a "Cheat" day or if you know something major is coming up like a cook out, church dinner, birthday party. Is it even possible? Would it hurt more than it helps?

Yesterday was not good
b/c of certain family situations, there is one day a month where I know that I'm going to end up going over on my calories and I know its going to be extremely emotional and I'm an emotional eater. Nuff said on that. Needless to say yesterday was that one day for me, compared to other times I did good, only over 450…

Do you enter everything you do
On the exercise? Or do you leave out some stuff? I'm asking b/c I noticed that I could add cleaning on there but then my moderate cleaning might be really light. So I left it off, I know anything I do burns calories but I figured atleast for me the less I enter in to see the more I'm able to eat, the better my weight loss…
