But right now I"m setting weekly goals in relations to my eating and working out and just checking and weighing in as I see my doctors (and…

I have taken skinny fiber, from my understanding fibre is different. I like the way I feel on it and it does seem to help with bloating and energy on it.

People have lost the meaning of the word tact...and at least the way I look at it is if they have to be asshats to some stranger online than their life is pretty sad b/c its the only way they can make themselves feel good...The internet gives people balls they wouldn't have in real life.

I've read the books...but there is just something about seeing it...Like the red wedding I knew it was coming but I watched it with my mouth open the whole time..I'm glad dinner was still cooking while I was watching the battle...geez this show likes to mess with you..And after reading the last book I need serious therapy,

If it were really affordable, I'd be more than happy to call it the affordable care act...but our company stopped providing insurance and b/c I live in a state that didn't expand mediciad I was left up a poop creek...or pay over 200 a month for a very very small plan for just myself, so I'm back to no insurance....but…

I took it 6 years ago after my second daughter was born, I came home from the hopstiol and was 199, within 6 months I had dropped to 135, but I wasn't eating alot at all, I can't remember if it was from the medicine or from the fact the child never slept more than 15-30 mins at a time and I slept cat naps rather than…

I work there I try to keep the fry's to a treat "once a month type thing"...the 6 piece nugget and snack bites dont' break the calorie bank...and double cheese is only 440 with a pack of apples..We are really limited on what we can get for free lol so that helps me alot...and after a few months, trust me it will lose its…

After years of trying everything under the sun, and even plain old hard work...It was down to the point where my drs where recommending having a gastric bypass or lapband done, my mom had the bypass done several years ago...and I really didn't want to go that route if I could avoid it. A friend of mine started taking this…
