Starting over again

Trying to not be to down on my self, for the better part of last year and the beginning I did great, just watching my calories and some exercises...But I wanted to speed up my weight loss and tried some fad stuff and now a year later I'm more than what I weighed this time last year and at my highest weight ever including pregnancy. But that changes today.
I'm' 5'1 and 200 pounds, that is beyond not healthy, my blood pressure is high and I'm getting older so my health especially since I can't afford insurance is a huge worry for me.
