Binged for the whole week, now what?

Okay so basically I just ate a whole bunch of plain junk for this whole week (I mean I don't feel bad about it)
I ate: gronalla, Peanut butter (A LOT OF IT), Cereal (Not the good kind), Ice cream, Crackers, Chocolate, Hamburgers, Cookies ect...

And I probably gained 3-5 pounds or more judging by my height of 4'10

So yeah, I just want some tips to help me get back on track after all that food.

    No, just go back to logging, doing your exercise and sticking within your daily calorie allowance.

    Everyone is different..

    I binged for 2 weeks straight after a big night of drinking, but for some reason I still lost 2 lbs.. I guess slow loss is permanent loss. I lose weight slowly.

    I would say just try your best to get back on track. We all have crappy moments.

    Just start again!

    Also, ask yourself why you binged. Are you eating enough? When I dropped my calories too low, I found myself uncontrollably eating some days. It hasn't been a problem since I upped them so I am eating enough every day! :smile:
