I actually know this from personal experience. I weigh myself daily. Last week was the first time that I weighed myself in 2 weeks. And I GAINED. for me, I have to weigh myself to keep the motivation. that way my weight is almost always always going down. 2 weeks was too long. 1 week might be ok. Or maybe weigh yourself…

I weigh myself, but I keep in mind that it's my time of the month and the numbers could be a little off. But it keeps me on the straight and narrow so I don't eat like a pig either. :-)

Ya. I'm thinking Saturday morning...not too early. I'm going to see if we can do it our my son's school. We'll be doing Turbo Jam. It's for a full 30 days. If you think about it, it's $4.00 a meal. I spend more than that on my lunches usually. Or if you become a coach, it's only $3.00 a meal

Are you eating 3 meals? Or 5 or 6 smaller meals? And are you binge eating and then not eating the rest of the day? I know those are random questions, but I find myself going into starvation mode because I know something I ate wasn't so good...

I work 7-5 everyday. It was 6 days a week. I just found that I HAVE to work out right when I get home. I do Turbo Jam. It takes 30-45 minutes to do and it's done.
