Just starting and need motivation

Hello Everyone,
I just recently started tracking my calories and really paying attention to my weight. I am sick of the belly bulge and want to get rid of it! I have waited so long b/c I wanted to get pregnant again and figured why lose weight when I was just gonna get fat again, but the more I thought about it the more i realized how stupid that sounded. I want to get to a decent weight so I don't get huge while I'm pregnant and then I'll have an even harder time to lose all the weight. I'm still carrying the baby weight from son who is 3 now. I would like to lose around 20-30 pounds and if I get pregnant I would like to try and get down to 135/140 afterwards. That would be my ideal weight. I have problems with motivation and I LOVE to eat, so its been hard sticking to a lower calorie diet. I"m STARVING! Anyone that has advice, tips, motivation, etc, feel free to help me out!
thanks and hope to meet some new people soon!

Your motivation has to come from you. There's a reason you want to lose weight. Is it the clothes, is it the health, is it because you'll feel better? Find the reason that means something to you. My motivation is my horse. I want to look better, have better endurance and of course riding clothes are tight fitting and look GOD AWFUL on a fat person (me), so those are my motivations.
Try finding foods that are filling like fiber foods. Also get protein in at every meal. Protein can be meat, fish, soy aka Tofu, dairy. My best advice would be to go browse through some of these message boards and some of the user's blogs. My favorite place to find inspiration is the success boards.
Good luck - its difficult at first but once you make this your lifestyle, it'll get easier ---- I promise0
