Eating healthy, definitely!!!! I love food too much... any kind of food, but especially chocolate and salty things... chips, popcorn, pretzel, butter on sourdough toasted bread... yum. Exercising has become an addiction... along with chocolate! LOL L

Wow!! Good going!!!! Running outside always makes me run longer and faster than on my treadmill. I thought I was running at a slower speed today too... but I guess I was at a good clip... did 5 miles in 47 minutes!!! Keep hitting the pavement!!! L

Fruit, nuts, those rolo pretzel thingys (two only!) or Sugar free jello with lite coolwhip or sugar free chocolate pudding with lite coolwhip... tastes decadent to me!!

I received a Timex HRM for Christmas... Love it!!! I would have gotten a Polar, but it was a gift... but this HRM says I burn about 100-150 more than MFP or runkeeper.com when I run... so I take the least amount and calculate from there. L

I have chocolate everyday... I've lost close to 60 lbs... we grew up with a chocoholic father... at 84, his meal is NOT complete without some kind of chocolate!!!! and the apple doesn't drop far from the tree!!!! Yummy...
