I use runkeeper but have been having problems with accuracy. so am using both runkeeper and mapmy run... shall see which one is most accurate...

Walking and running... if you need weights... ask around (freecycle in your area!) and dvd's ... I lost all my weight without a gym!!!!

that hits the nail on the head exactly... I think single mom's are more picky and less easy... this is just me... but I need to know the guy before I sleep with him to make sure he's not whacko!!! (so many of those!) And if I do go to dinner with a guy - I'm very appreciative of the time and to be out... My kids are older…

For me... way more easy to run outside than on the treadmill! i can run almost 4.5 to 5 miles at 5.8 to 6 mph outside... and on the treadmill, I can barely make 5.0 mph... hate hate hate the dreaded treadmill....

I'm not as big as all you... I was!! But after 55+ lbs gone - sadly the girls are gone- but ditto for below... even now... bra and a tank with built in bra, then short or long sleeved shirt... keeps the girls in place for me! L

I'm not the typical runner type body... started with walking, walking fast, walking so fast my legs hurt... then onto Couch to 5K and then after a week or two of that... just did it... started slow... and now run about 20-25 miles per week... LOVE IT! You will be addicted... get some good running shoes (fitted if possible)…
