  • I am in Phase 2 and am on week 2. I am planning on staying in this phase for 6 weeks before jumping into Phase 3. I am currently switching out the alternate workouts in the even weeks ... about to start Chest Shoulders / Tri and ab ripper ... yeeee haaaaw !

  • Last time for this workout and between this and balance and power my favorites of Phase 1. I did much better all around on this and I do my best on the crunchy lever pull ups.   • yeah, seriously that pull up assist is AH-MAZE-ING. It has changed my game as far as pull ups go. I am using my body more then my legs as I did with the chair. Yeah, this workout looks bannana's. I won't be doing it till next week but am anxious to see everyone's feedback on this workout.
  • Much improvement tonight on this. This is the testament to this Phase, each week you get stronger, do more reps, are less shakey feel more confident. This is why I am doing 1 more week of Phase 1. BRING IT PEOPLE.
