  • My son is almost two. I have a set work schedule, 4 PM - 2 :30 AM Mon - Thursday. I like to lift weights before I go into work, usually during his nap around 1 PM. If I feel up to it I'll get cardio in on my elliptical, or I'll wait until I'm off work. On the weekends I don't worry about exercise as much because I'm busy…
  • I lost 33 lbs in three months easily once I started lifting weights, not just focusing on cardio. Lifting weights will not turn a woman into the incredible hulk, unless she wants to go that route. Seriously start doing barbell squats, and deadlifts if you have access to a gym. Pick up dumbbells that aren't blue, pink, or…
  • Only things I can tell you is not to eat a ton of chocolate in one go, increase water, and give the workout time. Muscle burns more than fat at rest, and while you're building muscle up it will still take time to burn off fat. When I first started lifting I gained about 5 lbs the first month. Once I added in more cardio a…
  • I did not work out during the first seven weeks after I had my son at all. I did not lose a single pound while breastfeeding. I had a c-section and had to wait for the okay from my doctor to work out, and I had to get two stitches redone after trying to carry some heavy boxes up stairs on my own, which is why the extra…
  • Lingerie all the way. Why would I want to completely cover up the body I worked so hard for?
  • I used to fast every Sunday, nothing but water. It was a routine I enjoyed, and am about to restart. As long as you don't go crazy overboard with eating the next day, it works great at weight management.
  • I'm at 18% body fat and I still don't have the ab definition I want. You'll need a good amount of cardio. Start weight lifting for your full body, even if it's low amounts of weight. Also start doing some really long ab planks.
  • I'm not sure how heavy is too heavy, but I would be nervous of joint damage. I'd rather go swimming to avoid as much stress. If you like running, then run, just remember the wear and tear on your knees!
  • You definitely need a heart rate monitor to know for sure.
  • With that diet you do not count fresh fruits and vegetables, you are supposed to eat as many of those as you want. Some people will take the diet extreme and restrict to that many calories though. It will be their own fault when they become ill.
  • - - - - - Women are more likely to have cellulite than men and there are some reasons why it is so: A difference between cell structure of women and men – female fat cells are clustered in sacs, arranged in vertical columns. A percentage of body fat – men have lower percentage of body fat than women. As for men, fat is…
  • Yes. I had my son last July. I wasn't allowed to workout for six weeks because of my c-section. I weighed 159lbs the day I was discharged from the hospital, and still weighed 159lbs when I started going to the gym. It took me a little under 3 months to drop to 130lbs even. Then I fluctuated between 125lbs - 130lbs for…
  • Any type of food that is bar shaped, especially if it's not homemade. Anything in a box or package you grab at the store, even if a label is slapped on it that says "Healthy."
  • I always count them, raw or not.
