I had that happen to me a few times and I was told to eat a banana. I tried it and it works.

The elliptical is awesome. I do 60 minutes 5 days a week. I set the resistance as high as I can stand and just go for it. When I am done I look like I was swimming in my clothes and my limbs are useless but it works. I have lost over 40 pounds doing it. So worth it.

Non stop (except bathroom breaks) from Milwaukee, WI to Orlando, FL. 1,250 miles and 21 hours. Once the fatigue sets in it gets REALLY FUN!!! :yawn:

You should never, EVER be ashamed of yourself. I can only speak for myself but I have come to this site for motivation and to possibly help others stay motivated NOT to judge others choices. I struggle everyday with my food choices (as I am positive alot of others do as well). It sounds like you have had a rough go of it…
