Getting Discouraged

I am starting to get VERY discouraged. It has been 3 weeks since I have lost anything. I was doing so good I am down 22 pounds but I haven't had any movement on the scale in 3 weeks. I have tried changing around my diet and eating habits. I have reworked my exercise plan. I just don't know what to do. HELP ME!

    If you open your diary, we could be of more help.

    Are you measuring your food? Eyeballing it over time makes for bigger and bigger portions without noticing the change.

    Thanks, I didn't even know my diary was locked.

    I measure and weigh everything.

    Are you mixing up the kind of workouts that you do?

    I think sometimes our bodies just are stubborn! Have you been eating stuff high in sodium? Or did you have your TOM in this 3 weeks at all? That could affect you a lot. Just hang in there and keep doing what you are doing, you will see a lose soon, maybe not on the scale but in clothes and pictures too!

    I think I will start looking more closely at sodium...thanks for the thought.:smile:
