I work exercise brakes into my schedule , So when I finish revising one topic, I will do 10 minutes of sit ups or a quick youtube video and then do the next topic, it is easy to fit in and soon adds up, it isn't quite the gym but keeps me ticking over.

At my younger sisters school, they have a gym and year 8 (12-13) the girls are allowed to use weight machines without close supervision and free weights on an almost one to one. Not sure if this helps but that is what a high school thinks

DOn't get upset!!!! I just want to be happy with how I look in the mirror and comfortable wearing a bikini. I haven't done much weights before as I always assumed they would bulk you out but having seen the evidence posted above, evidently not, I think I will give weights a go!

Thank you for all your ideas, don't worry, I am not going to starve myself, nor will I get dangerously thin. I have no idea about my fat percentages, I will investigate where I am on that front.

I chose this weight because I have been at 120 before and still looked fat, so I wanted to go one step further I suppose, I didn't realize that was unhealthy. I am aready quite muscular as I swim and walk a fair bit, so i don't think toning would help, I just want to be smaller.

I really love blogilates, when I first started, i saw results on my bum and legs really quickly, only about two weeks, arms and abs took a lot longer, but it works. I never find one video feels like a workout, so I have a load of little playlists. Hope this helps
