What do you wear to run?
I run in tracksuit bottoms and a hoodie, but when I am out I see people in all sorts, I just don't feel confident enough to have my body out on show, am I abnormal or what do you think is best to wear?

Most accurate UK scales?
I am looking to buy some relatively cheap scales but I want them to be accurate, i would like to be able to buy them on the high street in the uk

Blisters when running?
I keep getting blisters on the arch of my foot, i have checked my socks and the inside of my shoe and nothing seems to be there that could be rubbing them, any ideas what could be causing it/how to stop it? Is it the way I run or something like that?

Getting rid of that top layer of fat?
I have toned up my muscles, but can't see them, I can feel them, but I have a top layer of fat covering them, and I can't seem to shift it, does anyone have any ideas? I run 3 or 4 times a week and swim once a week.

Realistic goal? TIme problems
I am 19, 5"8 and currently weigh 138lbs I really want to lose 28lbs by June, is that possible, if so what is the best approach? I am studying at the moment, so I have very little time, with exam season approaching to, I am struggling to fit workouts in. Any ideas?

Cycling for Weight loss, or muscle gain?
I need to add more exercise into my routine and fancy cycling but, do you gain loads of muscle or can it help with fat loss too, as i don't want to gain any more muscle just lose fat and tone what i have. I do live in a hilly area
