Exercise routine at home to loose fat?

I am just starting to try to loose weight and i need a routine that i can do at home that will burn around 500 calories each day, i have no equipment and limited space any ideas what i could do?

    There are a lot of great workout DVDs. One of my favorites is Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. It's about 45 minutes long, doesn't use any equipment, just your own body. Lots of cardio and strength moves like planks & pushups.

    I usually burn 500-700 cal per day.

    - running (outdoors, yes, even when it is cold out)
    - walking
    - DVD's/old VHS - Jillian Michael's, Boot Camp, Tae Bo, yoga, etc.
    - weights (5 and 10 lb, routines on my iPhone)
    - bodyweight strength building (apps on my iPhone)
    - Wii Fit, Gold's Gym, etc. on wii
