I have toned up my muscles, but can't see them, I can feel them, but I have a top layer of fat covering them, and I can't seem to shift it, does anyone have any ideas? I run 3 or 4 times a week and swim once a week.

If you are doing some strength training already and cardio as well then all there is to do now is eat clean and wait. If you are not doing one or more of those things start doing it and you will see the results you want to see soon :glasses:0

Stay in a moderate calorie deficit and the fat will come off by and by. There's no magic or secret I'm afraid... just make sure you log food/drinks accurately and consistently and be patient, it'll happen!0

This should be in the diet section!0

Eat at a deficit. Keep up the cardio. Add in a full body strength training program that focuses on compound lifts 2-3 days a week and see what happens.0
