15kg is still out of my BMI but it's my first goal that I would be happy with. Ideally I should lose 25-30kg. But having had 4 kids that goal may be unrealistic for me. Yep I have it set at 500gm loss a week. Slow and steady wins the race I guess.

But its taking 500 calories off me, so ill always be in the negative. I want it to plus the 500 calories. Wish MFP could do so that your total at the end of the day isnt always mucked up

I just typed in Breastfeeding and it came up with different options. Im BF with a baby that eats other foods, and its given me an extra 300cal a day, which is about right as my guy still have 5 boobs a day ;-)
