How do i work out the calories for a home made muffins?

Is there a website i can do that?

How do you do that?

LOL...im not very good at working out that kinda stuff

    Yes, there is.... on MFP there is a tool that allows you to calculate calorie counts for recipes. I use it all the time. Under the "Food" tab, click on "recipes". Then click on "enter a new recipe". You enter each ingredient and the number of servings, and MFP calculates the calories for you.
