Saggy boobs I'm only 28 and they make me sad :( *edit because the second sentence kept disappearing...

Wine. Both money and calorie wise haha

Lately I'm the same, not with eating but with wine. I always tell myself I won't have any that night and then my housemates open a bottle with dinner and I'm just to weak to say no :( I was doing so well for 8 months too, it's really frustrating.

Honestly? I'm down 60lbs and for me it hasn't happened yet. My current BMI is 23 down from 32. I have days where I'm (fairly) happy with how I look, and there are days (or weeks, like now) where I still feel like the 200 pound girl I once was. The mind takes forever to catch up and I'm not sure I'll ever see myself as the…

I'm down 57lbs so far, and my aim is to finally reach goal before Christmas! 11lbs in 11 weeks

I've lost 60lbs so far (10 vanity pounds to go) and the girls are starting to look a little sad :( Still better than being 60+ lbs overweight though!
-
Yaaay! Congratulations!

>200lbs vs. 148lbs :)

SW: 200 CW: 150 TW: 140/135 I've been struggling with the last 10lbs for 6 weeks now so 140 is my first goal, I'll see how I feel about lowering it to 135 when I finally get there.

Aw thank you :)

I don't usually worry about it. If I use 10 grams of oil or butter I log 10 grams. I'd rather overestimate than underestimate (especially now I'm struggling with the last 10lbs)

I've been following this thread since page one, and I'm really excited that I can finally share my own picture! March 2012 vs. July 2016 (yesterday actually) 200lbs vs. 148lbs! My ultimate goal is 140 but with a current bmi of 23.9 I'm calling myself a success story!

Definitely a first world problem, but I weighed in at 148.8 AGAIN this morning for the 6th week in a row and I just want to chuck my freaking scales out the window
-
I've lost 52lbs so far. I didn't reward myself for the first 45 or so, but these last 10lbs are proving so stubborn I've started using little rewards as an extra motivator. For example, this is my 147lbs reward (I'm currently at 148): I usually reward myself with clothes, makeup or books

I use my flex' numbers as a guide and have been losing at a good, steady pace for the past month and a half :)

I do cardio mostly for fitness (I'm quite severely asthmatic, gotta keep those lungs healthy(ish)) and eat back about 1/3 of my exercise calories as I think MFP tends to overestimate calorie burns.

Agreed, literally nobody was being rude and/or mean, we're all just trying to help. We are not going to tell you you're special, we're going to give you useful facts that will help you with your weight loss. If you don't want help, don't post.

I love gadgets and data so my flex really motivates me to move more. I sometimes compare the fitbit data to other sites/pedometers and mine seems to be fairly accurate.
-
This could very well be your problem. The scanner is often wrong so I when I scan things I always compare the info MFP gives me to the nutritional info on the package. Also, using measuring cups and spoons for solids can be very inaccurate. I can't find the video that's always floating around here on weighing food vs.…

Yes! Americans talking about their fannies always make me giggle :D

I want to join but don't have the money right now! :'( It sounds great, so hopefully next time!

Never mind, zombie thread.

They are synced, believe me, and the calories burned did show up in mfp! But if calories burned and calories eaten in Fitbit would match I would be in maintenance, which is not what I'm aiming for. Let me explain: In MFP my daily allowance is set to 1400, because mfp has calculated my maintenance calories at 1900 and I…

I lost 35lbs (200-165) and either my friends were too afraid to say anything or they didn't notice. I still have 30lbs to go though, so I sure hope they notice and say something about it when I'm done! :D

I mostly do cardio. I live in the country near a lovely 60ha foresty area so I go for long walks (4-5ish miles) or a run (3 miles) 3 times per week, and do 40 mins stationary bike (at home with netflix o:) ) twice per week. I'm looking into strength training too but haven't started yet.

Thank you! Exactly this :) You explained it better than I could

My fitbit's synced with MFP and I'm very pleased with it, especially the accuracy of the calories burned (Loads better than MFP). I just log my food in MFP, let fitbit count my steps and subtract. (For example yesterday I went to the cinema and had some sweets. I felt terrible afterwards because I went over my allotted…
