My dog and I walk approximately 3-5 miles, 4 to 5 times per week. However, he is 13 years old now and doesn't like walking at dark (I don't think he can see very well). You can't imagine how much I needed to read this. The month of October was a complete clusterf&^ck and I've gained nearly 7 pounds. I told myself that today is the day I am getting back on track, continuing my running and just feeling positive. Thank you so much for posting this. I am going to print it out.
