Thanks everyone! One remaining question. I know to enter my non-walking/running/climbing activities into MFP, but I'm assuming you let the Fitbit sync track the steps, right? In other words, do you physically enter steps into MFP based on your FB reading, or do you let that info sync from the FB site?

Thanks!

Level 1, Day 3 It's getting easier, but I still hate it! LOL! I muted the dvd and played my own music this time. Definitely much better that way if you already know the moves. I wish they would offer an option for voice-only. They offer music-only, so I'm sure they can do it the other way around.

Level 1, Day 2 today. Are you guys drinking water during the workout? I'm trying to get a sip in here and there, but I then end up missing a rep of whatever they are doing. Not a big deal at all, but I'm wondering what everyone else is doing.

I weigh myself Saturday mornings and then Sat day/night I indulge. I don't like to call it cheating, because we are supposed to be kind to ourselves and enjoy life. We normally go out with another couple on Saturday nights, so I can "mindfully indulge" and have the rest of the week for smarter choices.

Energized and feeling good in my clothes regardless of the size on the tag.

Devin - I'm going to email you privately with a couple of suggestions/questions, but I wanted to post back here that the "Spring It" button worked beautifully in Epicurious. The only other recipe sites that I use regularly are Allrecipes.com and Cooking Light. I'm going to experiment with them soon. Thanks so much!

Thanks Devin! Great support! I'm going to think about this and let you know if there are any sites I can recommend. In the meantime, is there any chance you'll have a clipper available for Android phones? I love my iPad, but I'm a die-hard Android girl when it comes to my phone.

Thanks! Yes - I am using Chrome. As for the template, I'll have to look into that. I know if I'm using the app on my PC, I can choose to "add" an actual recipe with prompts for each component. Is that what you're referring to? If so, I guess I do many of my recipe searches on my phone and iPad and those apps don't offer…

Great info everyone. Thanks! I'm actually surprised that I'm not feeling more hungry at the end of the day, and I do think I'm making pretty good food choices. That said, I do need to lower my weekly weight loss goal. I'm realizing that my current goal is too aggressive. I'm going to wait until my full first week is over,…

Count me in! My motivation: Revenge! (just kidding, but I'm really motivated!) My brother is engaged to a great girl, but for some odd reason I was not asked to be in the wedding. I'm close to my brother and like his fiance a lot, so I'm very hurt and confused. Anyway, I'm "making lemonade", as the saying goes! I have…

I really like Marie's Lite Blue Cheese dressing found in a jar near the bagged lettuce. A little goes a long way in the flavor dept.

Great thread! Can't wait to try many of the suggestions here.

Love this idea! Will definitely try!

I have zero self control when it comes to those TJ plastic buckets of little cookies. Can't have those anywhere near my house!

Ghiradelli 60% Dark Chocolate Squares. I find dark chocolate to be just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth and it's not the kind of thing that I would enjoy binging on so I can easily stop at one. Plus it helps that they are individually wrapped! I have one every single day after lunch. I forget the calorie count, but it's…

What an inspiring post! Thanks everyone!

Re: Reading on the treadmill - I never understood it either and definitely don't see it becoming a regular thing for me. However, the ability to jack up the font size on ereaders these days, it's easier for me to read in less than ideal places, like on the treadmill. In fact, for my entire life just the thought of reading…

That's so funny! So true - that's pretty easy to do w/ HGTV or Food Network. I don't love the shows they've come up with recently (especially FoodTV - ridiculous), but I could see HGTV + being a good distraction for me.
-
That sounds interesting! I'll have to check it out. Thanks!

Thanks! :)

Thanks! Is there a list of public diaries that I can browse or do I have to click on them as they appear randomly in people's post signatures? Also, how did you change the labels from breakfast/lunch, etc. to morning/afternoon, etc.?

Hi! I just joined today after doing ww points for a long time. It worked for me, but I grew tired of the system and slowly found myself gaining my wait back, so I decided I need to switch it up. This seems to fit into "life" a little bit better, so I'm looking forward to the change!

Never mind. I should have just Googled to begin with. Looks interesting. Maybe I'll pick it up soon as a weight loss reward, LOL!

Is this one of her DVD's? I don't see it on Amazon. Where can it be purchased? I'm intrigued!
