I've been there. Issues at work are the main reason I gained back the weight after losing about 50 pounds of it. If I could do it over again, I'd remind myself that giving my workplace control over my health is never, ever worth it. I use happyherbivore.com when I need some meal planning inspiration -- a week of meals is $5. The base is 1200 Cals, but since I eat more in the range of 1800, I supplement them a lot. The plans are vegan though, so while I love them, non-vegans might not. :)
