Odds are you are eating way more than you think you are. You aren't weighing your food, that's crucial. Cheat days on weekends? shouldn't have one every week. Not to mention 1200-1400 calories is low.

Some of the responses you got are pretty funny. If you honestly never binged for 11 months and this is your first time doing so I wouldn't even worry about it. if you've been eating in a deficit for 11 months, try eating at maintenance for a week.

If you have no time for a meal try just having a protein shake and nuts of your choice or something along that matter. If you're worrying about getting a meal because you were told to..dont. its irrelevant.
