Thanks MyOwnSunshine but I am really trying my best. On all my sets I use the heaviest I can carry, sometimes I can't do the 10reps due to the weight (I fail at 6-8). But I'm going to try with some HIIT afterwards. I also might lower the weight and do more reps 15ish maybe to see how it works.

Make your own!! you decied what you put in it and it's cheaper!! I make mine with 1 cup of peanuts, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup. Just throw that in a food processor for about 5 minutes and done!! :) You can even make different nut butters

As for protein sources, I'm a vegan, I basically use legumes, grains, edamame, nuts, soy, tofu, hummus, soy protein powder and some meat alternatives (soy patties, sausages, etc.) If you are vegetarian I guess you could add to that dairy and eggs.

it happens to me too, I usually gain 2-4.5lbs of water weight what I hate it's that my stomach looks huuuuge and it makes me feel pretty uncomfortable. I usually try not to meaurse or weight myself cause it sometimes get me down hahah, but just remember it's just for a few days! :) and the carvings sucks!! i get them too…
