I didn't know you could make a smoothie without a banana! LOL I do it either way, but frozen is WAY better. You can freeze them in the peel, then just run it under hot water and peel it with a knife, takes 30 seconds. HTH

I do not know if exercising makes the milk taste off, but my toddler too is not asking when he wakes up either now that you mention it. Yeah, I just got done logging for today, I am only 770 calories over! But that is how I used to eat everyday, plus more because I still only drank water today! Every time I do this I say next week I am NOT doing this, but I do it again the very next time! :o/

Yes, this is right. I wouldn't eat a spoonful of it, but you can, not sure why you would unless you have parasites. It is true you get some if you store it with your food, the purpose of mixing it with your wheat and rice is to kill the eggs and bugs which may be in there.

My everyday smoothie is: 1/2 c orange juice, fresh is best, 1/2 c plain yogurt, 1 frozen banana and 5 cups spinach, 1/2 tsp. vanilla. I also all 1 TBSP of spirulina powder. Very green, but you can increase the fruit and decrease the green if you like. As far as juice, carrot, apple, celery juice is very good.

I don't know if God is against it or not. My point was because animals do it does not mean I would. People are different from animals because of creation. No, I would not do it. I have heard of it, and agree mammals do eat theirs. However, some of them also eat their young when they die, so I do not think that is a good enough reason.
