i have the LBM to be jsut fine last it was checked i was at 153lb of LBM at a weight of 192. i know for a fact that im getting vascular in places i didnt know was possible on my body so i must be doing something right. ive never before had abs that a person could see without flexing and that is my goal by mid october.…

now that you say that i have had my visceral drop quite a bit and i have also lost 4 inches off my hips and im toning up and seeing results and looking better but i cant seem to shake that layer of fat off my middle. everywhere else seems to be thinning down at a decent rate

im gettting as many as i can but every time i bring carbs up my weight does the same thing. so im trying to stay as low carb as possible. and im on herbalife products too and i know that im getting the nutrients that i need. im eating veggies as much as i can but at the same time staying low carb. bread is out of my diet…

if your trying to be mindful of carb intake then be sure you are eating whole grain oats as they are a lower GI number (enters blood stream slower) i think its the lower number. all i know is that they are good carbs, i eat a cup of while grain quick oats every morning with some almond milk and pop it in the microwave,…

kinda depends what body type you have an how you metabolize carbs... my body hates em and i swell up when i eat them (fat) ive been wanting to cut back on carbs but i have discovered that it will be very hard! all my carbs are coming from whole grains and fruits and veggies. if you can eat carbs and not swell up like i do…

i woudl try to get in some lean meat (chicken turkey) if you arent already, i eat egg whites for some of my protein and i have a shake later on in the day. the more natural the better. google high protein foods and see what kind of things you like that are listed

did about 250 today, 70 this morning, 56 of which were back to back then the rest at fit camp tonight! gonna do 150 tomorrow and 175 the next day so i can not have to worry about them over the weekend!!!!

10 clappers and the rest regular for me but they were right after several sets of chin ups too! go hard or go home! have a feelin ill get over a 100 tomorrow as i have a fitnes class to go to

im going to school at Walla Walla Community College right now but will be transferring to MSU-N in Havre Montana in august.WWCC is a great school and MSU is just the same as far as i know right now. took a look at it over my spring break
