      I LOVE to see before and after pics! It helps to motivate me. It can be pretty lonely making all of these lifestyle changes. A thread like this helps me to see that others have been where I am and that it's possible to achieve my goals. Don't you think there's enough negativity in this world without having someone berate a request to share our success with each other? That's not going to help me reach my goals. Keep those pics coming! Every success should be celebrated!

      The second picture was taken in front of a mirror so it is reversed. What you see on the left arm should be what you see on the opposite arm of the above picture.
