    I personally don't think it's necessary to show pics of my success. Why? Because I'm not looking for compliments OR comments from strangers on the internet.

    Honestly, I find these types of posts nothing more than a cry for attention.

    I'd post my own but I always forget to get progress shots taken and when I do remember it always seems to fall on a day where I feel bloated and just don't want to. So thanks to all of you who don't forget and put the great inspiration for everyone else on here!

    Sorry if this sounds mean, but I'm legitimately wondering. I noticed in your before pictures that you have the turned in slightly knees... I don't know how to say it... I have the same thing, and I am wondering if that went away with your weightloss?

    Looking at these posts with before and after shots, I have to say you can absolutely see the confidence beaming out in the after shots or latest shots (if work in progress). It is amazing how these changes have boosted peoples confidence and that has got to be good.
    I have lost a fair bit so far on my journey and my boss has said it has been cool to watch me blossom and really come out of my shell.
    So way to go people and keep up the great work. And thank you for the inspiration and support you give to friends and the community here.
