  • Look for Back On Track. It is a program the helps you reset your sleeve and then shakes during the day and a protien and vegetable at night for dinner. So many are having great success.
  • I had my sleeve done on 9/6/16. I am down 33 lbs. The two weeks I seem to have been in a stahl. Not getting my exercising in. My energy seems to be very low. Anyone have any suggestions?

  • I am just trying to get started again on my health, which includes 100+ pounds to lose and making fitness a habit pluse better eating habits. The challenges would be great. I have neglected myself far too long and it is now time to focus on me.
