Oh wow has this thread gotten away from me over the last 24 hours or so I will try and remember everyone's questions and answer them. Ok first off NO I am not a troll but thank you for thinking that I am, thank you for assuming that I have all night to spend on here and that i do not have to wake up to feed another human every 3-4 hours. Now with that being said. No I do not have diabetes, however, I do have PCOS, polycystic ovarian syndrome and it does…

I also usually have it again in the evening as a snack since it curbs my disire to eat chocolate late at night. At about 4 months of age my son became highly distractible. I had to nurse in a quiet room or he would delatch himself and get preoccupied checking stuff out and an hour later become hungry. A 4 hour stretch is about normal for that age Brb crying baby

I never or at least very rarely eat breakfast. Usually just a cup of coffee or sometimes i log a middle of the night snack as breakfast. I usually don't eat until noon when my son takes his afternoon nap.
-
I pop my own in a popper, on the stove and sometimes in a brown paper bag. I try and avoid processd packaged foods. Which also means only real butter, fake butter scares me more then the extra fat and calories. So I don't eat popcorn very often.

There are cookbooks designed for kids on how to hide fruits and vegetables into everyday items. I steam and purée a lot of my veggies and sneak it into different foods. Pumpkin purée in muffins, squash in chili I use apple sauce instead of an egg in all my baked goods. Also just keep eating them, just keep trying, cooking…

I use Aveno usually. We use Badger for the little one since is all natural and made from plant based materials. Oh and we all have coolibar protective clothing which I think is the best reason why my son and husband who is a ginger don't burn.
