I completely agree with the Vit D thing, I have only been here in Alaska for about year and I was SO depressed when we first moved here, and all I wanted to do was sleep all day. After I started taking the Vit D that changed a lot. It can't hurt to try it. :)

One, don't do it. Period. Taking laxatives to have a better weigh in becomes addicting, and I don't know of anyone who has tried this and hasn't become addicted to doing it including myself. Two, (TMI TIME) when I was doing this, it took me FOREVER to get my body back to having regular BMs on its own when I quit. Your body…

I am SO sorry to Team Skinny. I feel like I have been a total let down. I didn't burn any calories Thursday and I only burned 191 Friday. I normally don't log my cleaning, because it's part of my everyday routine, but I did my regular cleaning plus a ton of seasonal heavy duty cleaning that included carrying heavy boxes up and down 3 flights of stairs. I am so excited for the new challenge!! I'm going to make a point to work extra hard this week so I don't let anyone down! I am so glad I completed the abs challenge, and I love the little 8 minute ab workout that I think I'm going to continue doing it! :)

Been so busy I forgot to check in the last 2 nights, but did my ab workout every night before bed! Gonna do it again tonight before I go to bed. :) I keep fluctuating between 130 and 128, but this morning I am back at 128.2 after being stuck between 130-131 for a week or so, so maybe I am finally on my way to 125!! My "me" time for today was taking the time this morning to pluck my eyebrows, LOL!
