So Turquoise, I let you all down yesterday, but today I managed:
60 squats
30 pushups
60 crunches
Not amazing. But it's something. Definitely wasn't motivated today!0 -

I apologize, yesterday was my day off, and today my stomach is NOT agreeing with me in a slightest. I will try to get something in, but if not.. I will triple my usual tomorrow. Promise! Hold me to it.0

Me too. And I'm guilty of it!! I've been having such a hard time with life, and things have just been pushed to the side!! I'm about to post a new topic looking for people to join, and **FROM NOW ON WE WILL BE DOING ALL S.D. BUSINESS IN OUR GROUP!!**. I find it to be a lot more organized.
I have posted a topic within the group, so you best look at it!
I will further be posting within the group, so do not look on this thread for the group any longer!
