Gosh I am pretty embarrassed! Only burned 261 calories today, and my eating has just been 100% horrible. I am determined to get back on track tomorrow, with my eating and exercise! I need to get this last 10 pounds off, and more importantly, I need to not let my team down! So sorry team skinny, tomorrow will be better, no excuses!!0

I burned a measly 300 cals today.. Belly dance was sooo not aerobic and was for like.. old ladies. And I can't make Zumba because my art project isn't done and I have a deadline! So that just means tomorrow will be another long workout for a high burn!0

623 calories for me today, Team Skinny! I normally don't log my cleaning, because it's part of my everyday routine, but I did my regular cleaning plus a ton of seasonal heavy duty cleaning that included carrying heavy boxes up and down 3 flights of stairs. Sadly, I broke my toe while going down the stairs, lol. Not too big of a deal, I still managed to hobble through a half hour of Zumba, no excuses!0

So I haven't been on here much, I've been really busy with moving. I'm currently moving from one room to another in residence. And working on papers and studying for midterms I'm trying to help my team, but I feel like a failure.

Thursday- 78 calories

1203 calories burned tonight at Jazzercise...I did two classes in a row. I had the day off to take care of some business, which I finished early, so I got to go early to Jazzercise and stayed for my regular class too.

I had a rough day today too.. I was hoping to do kickboxing and the treadmill, but I started to get really lightheaded and just did weights for 30 mins instead.. I'm glad I stopped when I did because I started to get really shaky as soon as I got home. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day. I'll have results for you all tomorrow with today's cals.

A) hit the gym for 25 minutes on my lunch hour and burn at least 150 calories
hit either a class or the gym on my way home from work and burn at least 550 calories
for a daily total of 700 Saturday/Sunday. Fingers crossed!
