What about doing the Hundred Workout Challenge? It's easy and can be done from home with no equipment - will incorporate a lil strength/circuit training into everyone's week??
100 jumping jacks
90 crunches
80 squats
70 scissor kicks
60 fire hydrants (30 per leg)
50 mountain climbers
40 lunges (20 per leg)
30 push-ups
20 BURPEES, OH YES THAT'S RIGHT!
Run/walk/bike/jog in place/skip/whatever for 10 minutes

Hehehe, you can all do it! Here are explanations/video directions for most of the exercises, minus the super basic ones:
100 jumping jacks
90 crunches
80 squats

Both teams burned a total of 29,228 calories!!! That is so amazing!!
And for the weekly averages...
Team Skinny : 377 cals
Team Dipper : 381 cals!
That means Team Dipper is the winner!!
You all did so amazing, and try and keep the same motivation to do this week's challenge. Remember, just because you're not doing it for a team, you're doing it for yourself, and that's why you came on this site in the first place. Don't let yourself slip (like I have...)!

Done the Hundred Workout for today. Wowee! I didn't have it printed out so I just did it from memory, might have mixed a few things up, but still did it, then marched/jogged in place for 12 minutes whilst watching The Sing Off and singing along. Yeah, that's right!0

I took yesterday off of exercise because they kicked my butt at physical therapy on Monday, and I was hurting all day yesterday. I plan on being back at it tonight!!0

Sorry I've been a little detached this week, FINALLY got my new laptop so now I can stay on top of everything going on in our group! Wow I haven't posted in a while! Oops.
Well, update on me, I'm feeling a lot less depressed and am jumping right back on track. Healthy eating and as much exercise as I can. I'm also starting weights in hopes of toning and jacking up my metabolism. Gonna try my best to get these last 15 lbs off before my bday! It's only 7 weeks so it's kind of a stretch, but if I could get within 5 lbs I would be STOKED.

100 modified jumping jacks
90 crunches
80 squats
70 scissor kicks
60 fire hydrants
the mountain climbers are right out... I did 50 high knee raises
40 lunges (not overly deep but ...)
30 wall pushups
burpees.... what can I say.... I did 2 modified ones. will try to do more later but I am not able to do them now
walking I'll get done this evening.0 -

Not gonna lie, this challenge is killing my butt and thighs!
(ETA: NSV: During this workout I was able to do 5 full good form push-ups on the floor!! the other 25 I had to do on my knees but that is definitely progress! When I started this site at the end of last december I couldn't even do one that wasn't on my knees!)
On a side note, my friend is getting married tonight and I'm bought a new dress and am going all out for it Can't wait to post some pics for you guys!0 -

So i've been looking at a bunch of different challenge ideas, but does anyone have anything they wanna work on specifically? I.e. abs, butt, etc?
Just let me know, otherwise i'll be posting next week's challenge, tomorrow!
