Almonds Hummus and Bell Peppers Cottage Cheese mixed w/ a bit of fruit Sugar Free Jello WASA CrispyBread Granola Bar (sometimes I'll take half a Cliff Bar or Larabar to work with me and the other half the next day)

I actually make mine with: -A couple handfuls of Spinach -Frozen Banana -Almond Milk -Flaxseed -Teaspoon of Oats They're delicious! But I guess that's not really a "protein" shake.

Maybe you could eat a little chicken and veggies Some tuna Yea you could work out a little and make up for the cereal

Are you still at school and have a restricted selection of what to get for lunch?
-
That really does sounds great!
-
I had the BEST tuna sandwich last night! Mmmmm....still thinking about it!

Sushi is always a good choice--you can get sashimi (I think that's how you spell it) without the rice. If there's a deli around you can pick up some tuna salad or half of a sandwich.

I like to bring Almonds to work to snack on but definitely measure them out--they can be addicting! Maybe some pretzels

At this point it really does sound like there's a problem--I would highly recommend talking to someone about this before it gets out of control. Being a woman is so difficult in our society and it can really be a struggle at times to have confidence in who you are and what your body looks like. You have to dig deep and…

I don't know if it's "healthy" but I eat corn flakes and love them! It's only 100 calories for 1 cup and like 2 g of sugar. So I never feel too guilty about eating a little more than the serving size,
-
Oh and french fries!
-
I'm with ya on that one!

I think it may be by the soy milk which is in an aisle and not in the milk/egg area. I'm not sure though because I've never actually bought it!
-
Definitely make sure you're eating enough--also make sure you don't eat too fast. When I eat too fast I'm still starving afterwards because my body hasn't had time to digest yet and I still want food! Usually if you wait it out it'll pass. It's also good to eat light healthy meals all thorughout the day so that you never…

I do realize that thank you, however, I do believe I said maybe she shouldn't eat foods consisting of a lot of sugar or carbs when you're going to sleep and your activity level is at it's lowest. I would just recommend eating foods with more protein and healthy fats. I didn't say starve yourself before you go to bed--but…

If you go to bed shortly after that and don't give your food time to digest, I would just recommend eating something that doesn't have too much sugar or carbs.

I 'm the same way--I refuse to give up my cereal! I'm not even picky about what kind I like so I've been eating Corn Flakes! It has 100 Calories for 1 cup and really no sugar--I figure for how much I love to eat cereal that would be the best choice for me and it's been really good!
-
Congratulations! That's awesome!!!
-
Definitely don't give up! I've never done the slim fast diet but I honestly think you should be eating real food--chicken, veggies, some fruit--there's so much and you won't feel like you're depriving yourself. Plus, you'll have more energy to work off those last punds you're going for! Try some new workouts...lift some…

Lately I've been using frozen veggies for stir fry...seriously takes me like 10-15 min to make! And you can also add Jennie-O turkey breast to it
-
Umm yeaaaa! Best snack EVER!
-
Cottage Cheese used to disgust me! Now I love to have a little bit mixed with some fruit....mmmmm!
-
Probably anywhere from 30-40 :noway:
-
Omg I love peanut butter! I had to stop eating all together for a while...I was eating a little too much!
