BBQ this weekend
So I'm going to a BBQ this weekend and I really want to be good. I just always get so tempted when there is good food around! I'm going to bring some sides and snacks so I was hoping I could get some ideas on what I could bring that everyone will enjoy but is still not too bad??

Abs
I feel like I've been working on my abs FOREVER and they look the same to me! I'm obviously doing something wrong if I'm not seeing any improvement! Finally Tried the No Pudge Brownies
I finally bought them last night and instead of baking a whole batch I microwaved 1 serving in the microwave for seriously just 1 minute!! They're REALLY good! There's still a lof of sugar and carbs in a single serving so they're not as great as I thought they were as a healthy treat--but no fat is still good too me! lol

Should I have some almonds or a yoplait light yogurt? I know almonds have a lot of fat but the yogurt has a lot of sugar and carbs. Just curious which one is actually better for me? So clueless!

Running
Just plugged the treadmill in this weekend and started running! I'm a pretty active person and workout regularly minus the running--does it get easier the more I do it? My who body HURT so bad the next day!
