It's just something I can't give up in the morning--I could literally eat cereal for breakfast, lunch and dinner (I try not to do that of course.)
What's the best cereal that I could get to eat for breakfast? Something that doesn't have a ton of sugar and I won't feel bad about all day if I decide to help myself to a little more? lol

  • Honey nut cheerios, raisin nut bran. Thats the ones i like
  • Special K cereals and some by Kashi are really good and low in calories, fat, and sugar.
  • fiber one honey oat clusters! It keeps me full till lunch time! Even my husband loves it!
  • I really like cracklin' oat bran. They taste like cookies! They're kind of high in calories, but even a small portion keeps me full for hours!

multigrain cheerios...they seem to have the least amount of calories and sugar :)
I have 1 cup for breakfast with 1/2 cup of skim milk and a yogurt (or apple) Im usually good to go until lunch time! Even my 1 year old daughter LOVES them too.

We LOVE Nature's Path organic pumpkin flaxplus granola. It's got omega-3s, 5 grams of fiber, and 6 grams of protein.

From the "Weight Loss Coach" on Men's Health's website

"Kashi GoLean, Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, or Bear Naked Peak Protein granola. It's important to watch protein and sugar content, and be sure to look for cereals made from whole grains to pack in more nutrients and fiber."

I really like the Fiber One Raisin Bran, but all of the Fiber One cereals are great. And their portion size seems to be a lot bigger. (They have 1 cup servings instead of 1/2 cup servings!)

My favorite is oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon, done in the microwave, then a little skim milk stirred in. It's yummy and filling!
