Does anyone do any of the OnDemand workouts?
I don't have a memorship to the gym so I rely only on these, but lately I'm confused about what I should be focusing on--do I do cardio, circuit training, abs, etc. everyday??? There are so many to choose from and was hoping I could hear some of your routines and their results.
I find myself going to workout and then just sitting there flipping through all of the workouts trying to decide which one I will benefit from more!

    I feel that variety keeps your body guessing and is most beneficial. You may have heard of "muscle confusion". Basically, you need to keep changing things up so your body never settles into a pattern. So do what you feel like doing that day, whether it be cardio, yoga, circuit training, etc. Any work out is better than none!
