What can I add into a stir fry along with green beans and broccoli? I made those last night with turkey but felt it needed a little more added to it--any ideas?

I try to put whatever I've got in it...zucchini, spinach (add fresh baby spinach at the very end), mushrooms, carrots, celery, canned baby corn cobs, canned water chestnuts...I also throw cashews in if I'm looking for extra protein.
    Cheers,
    A.

I keep frozen stir fry veggies on hand and water chestnuts and if I have some I thrown in pineapple chunks towards the end. I serve it over brown rice with some tamari sauce. We have this at least once a week!

    Hey there

i have never been a big fan of celery but wow:noway: it tastes fab in a stir fry, crunchy, savory and sweet all at the same time!!

That and mushrooms to bulk it out, or for a more filling meal baby corn or sweet potato!!

You can add anythin to a stirfry!!
