I had the flu last week so didnt run but hoping it doesnt set me back too much, starting week 4 tonight

Have to repeat W3D2 tonight cos my dog knocked me over last time on my second 3 minute run and I couldnt finish it! was so close! stupid dog! no injuries from it though so back out tonight!

Week 3 Day 1 done! Was getting tired towards the end of the second 3 minute run but I managed it! :happy:

Thanks for all the ideas, will definitely have to spice up my lunch! boring ham sandwiches will be banished! Think I will try wraps and some more varied salads. soup goes down well on those rainy days!

How is everyone doing? Im on to Week 2 Day 3 tomorrow and really enjoying it. Looks like week 3 is quite a step up tho! Looking forward to seeing how I manage it.

Im just finished week 1! Legs are tired today, but have really enjoyed it and so has my dog! Roll on week 2!

Hi Everyone Im finishing week 1 tonight. A bit behind you guys. But love reading how everyone is doing in the later weeks as right now it seems crazy to say in 5 or 6 weeks time Ill be running for that long without stopping! well done to everyone. keep up the good work :smile:

Hi Natalie, How is the C25k going? I have Week 1 Day 3 tonight and Im looking forward to moving on to week 2. I followed the C25K page on facebook and find it great reading all the comments from people on weeks 6,7,8 and 9! Looking forward to being able to run for 30 minutes without stopping! Great to see so many are doing the C25K and its working! I havent found week 1 too difficult but I know it will get tougher as the weeks go by, but I am determined to complete it! and then keep it up!

Hi Dan, I am looking forward to the challenge of the 5k run, I would have no idea how to build up to it on my own, have tried before and like you done too much, had sore muscles for a week and quit, so really liking the programme. Good luck with bringing down the time!

I started my C25k yesterday!
