I use my Instant Pot frequently and get most of my recipes from Pinterest. There are tons! This is seriously the best appliance I have ever owned. I love a one pot meal that's healthy, quick and ready in no time.

Best kitchen appliance ever! At 52, I can finally cook healthy meals that satisfy my family. You will not be disappointed!

You ARE on fire!!! What a great inspirational story to start my day. Thanks so much for sharing!!

I went through the same thing last spring when I decided to get in shape and drop some weight. But, nothing happened. I was exercising, but the scales would not budge. MFP has made a huge difference for me! When I started really watching what I ate and my portions, the weight came off.

Yes, but not worried about going over...it's gonna happen, lol!! Enjoy!

Gold Fish crackers...adds crunch and flavor!

Eating at MawMaw's house...my husband's grandmother! She cooks a feast everyday. It's crazy! I was eating there 2-4 times a week and probably eating 1500+ calories in one meal. Now, we go maybe once a week and I'm very selective. But, she cooks the best comfort foods I've ever had...hard to resist!! (And, diet is not in…

My husband and I bought this years ago, but just started it back in the spring. We lasted for about 3 weeks...it is a killer workout! There are so many moves/exercises that I could not physically do. I tore my right shoulder up (which I'm still recovering from) and lost no weight at all. MFP has been the key for us! But, I…

You look like a new man...bet, you feel like one, too! Great work.

Good for you! It would be tough for me...but, I'm getting there.

Glad you posted this. I was just wondering about this same topic this morning. Make more sense now!

It can be done. I was exercising daily for the first few weeks and maybe lost a pound or two. Then life became super hectic and there was no time to exercise. I did stick to my 1200ish diet and the weight began to fall off...go figure! I am fairly active during the day though. We're all different and our bodies respond…

I just ate this today...yummy! And, yogurt for desert. I love most of the Lean Cuisine meals and have to eat fast. I do have to watch my sodium intake when I eat these meals, but overall, they are tasty and filling. I also use Nature's Own 40 calorie bread for sandwiches. Great with low sodium deli ham and spicy mustard!

WTG!!! You look awesome. That's me in your 3rd pic...I know I will eventually look like your last pic. Thanks for posting...great incentive!

I'm 46 and my teenager reminds me daily that I am not cool, lol!!! Little does he know.

Holy Cow! You look amazing. Glad your health is on track as well.

Great job! I just hit the 7 lb. mark also. A few punds sure do make a big difference! Keep up the good work.

LOL... I was just coming on the post about the same topic! I could eat everything in sight and exercise? What's that? No willpower, no motivation, don't care. I wish I had some words of wisdom, but I've got nothing.
-
Love your post!! Enjoy your new found freedom!

When you eat them back, you're basically breaking even. You've burned them off, now add them back in order to maintain the caloric goal set by MFP.

I have to admit, I didn't think it was the same person in the profile pic. You look amazing! Keep up the great work!

I've just starting running...with lots of walking in between! One day, I will run a race along with my oldest son (15) and my younger brother (42).

In the evenings. After teaching all day (125+ kids) and coming home with my own three, it doubles as a "getaway"...the longer, the better!

WTG!! You look great. I was doing p90x last spring until I wrecked my right shoulder...still suffering. It's tough! Great job.

I wish we had a "thumbs up" option on responses...like Facebook. Great ideas here! Thank so much.

OMG...these are too cool! Being an artist, would love to find the time to make some of these. Too bad, I almost always have a paintbrush in hand!
