Sorry I forgot to post this sooner. Only 3 miles WTD. -- hurt my hamstring. Resting it for the hot chocolate this weekend. 91 miles MTD.

WTD 19 Mtd 88 Did a 5k this week with my dog and actually use under an 8 minute mile! Just a week till the 15k hot chocolate. Can't wait to track my progress on here again next month. Love the accountability!

Could you try doing something with your hands to keep you from eating? I learned to crochet to keep from eating and snacking while at home and in front of the tv. Got a bunch of awesome aphgans and baby blankets for friends out of it :) I need to start doing that again to stop myself from popping rolos all through the day.

Do you find it hard to get the tummy weight down because of the c-section? I have 2 kids and both were c-sections.....trouble getting rid of the bump.
