    9.3 miles today takes me to 110.3 MTD. I'm going to finish the with higher mileage than planned, but with really bad weather incoming for the beginning of next week, that might be a good thing.

    I have not been as consistent as I wanted to be. I was sick this week taking out a couple of days from my workout schedule...

    I think I need to add the following:

    10/21 4.3 miles
    10/26 4.6 miles

    MTD: 36.5 miles
    I may not make my 50 mile goal! :sad:

    I had to scale down my running a lot this week to rest my calf, but I'm better now!

    Sunday 10 miles
    Thursday 2.5 miles
    Friday 2.5 miles
    Saturday 6.14 miles

    Weekly total= 21.14

    With Sandy on the way, I might not get my scheduled runs in on Tuesday and Wednesday, so I added on some mileage today.

    Week 1: 16.6 miles
    Week 2: 23.7 miles
    Week 3: 24.5 miles

    Tue 10/23: 4.1 miles
    Wed 10/24: 6.2 miles
    Thu 10/25: 4.2 miles
    Sat 10/27: 10.3 miles

    Total for week 3: 24.8 miles
    Total for month to date: 90.6 of 90 miles

    So I made my 90 mile goal... if I can get my runs in on Tuesday/Wednesday, I should make it to 100 for the month... a nice bounce back after the low september total.

    Did a 13.1 (half) yesterday at 1:58, and still slower than my pre-stress fracture state (low 1:50s) -- stress fracture 15 weeks ago. Glad to be under 2 hrs but want to get below 1:50.

    Week total: 18 miles (may do 3-4 miles later on today)
    Month total 99 miles.

    Did a 5k this week with my dog and actually use under an 8 minute mile! Just a week till the 15k hot chocolate. Can't wait to track my progress on here again next month. Love the accountability!

    Did 4.6 today in misty rain that looks like some precursor stuff from Sandy. So that takes me to 114.9, and the need to get 5.1 in at some point early next week despite the storm. We'll see how it goes.

    3.3 miles shaking loose my half marathon leggies and made surpassed my goal 100, in 102.4. YAY! Legs slightly heavy, hip & calf still sore but not in severe pain. I think I am very close to my old fitness level. :bigsmile: VERY happy :drinker: hoping everyone is doing well! :flowerforyou:
