Hey there! Glad to see everyone is wrapping up their monthly goals! I'm sending all the members who are on the East Coast good luck thoughts to make it through Sandy!
I took an extra rest day this week to get ready for my half yesterday:
Tuesday -- 8 miles
Wednesday -- 5 miles
Saturday-- 13.1 miles
WTD: 26 miles
MTD: 123 --WOOOOO! I made my goal ! : ) I might be squeezing in a run on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week too!0 -
10/27: 4 miles
MTD: 82.5 miles!
Coor, can you put me down for 50 miles in Nov? Cold weather's going to start hitting here soon so I'll aim for 50 miles and reevaluate as the month goes on.0 -
10/28/12- 8 miles 67 for the month0
