insanity is fun and hard, I have some of the jillian micheals stuff as well it is good. check out your library they may have something also to borrow. Unless your small town like me and we have VHS still LOL . Netflix does streaming. Pushups jumping jacks, planks, hand weights.....

I just need the girls lifted, and a tummy tucked so I'd go for it and have those done. i have had laser removal of hemangiomas, burns like crazy but they can do it in several treatments versus one. :) pay as you go!

I get it when I eat pork. Tastes like I am sucking on pennies... Dr said "dont eat pork"... So I have yet to figure it out. I had labs all were fine... If you find the answer let me know

okay so i was just in for a quick grab at Kmart, and got a joe boxer bra. A push up sports bra at that LOL. I couldnt keep the girls in.. I figured that would be the problem.. Shopping this weekend for one.

yep log it as water, bc thats pretty much what I drink... occasionall coke (reg) I log it with the meal that I have had, and same with milk.

me too, plus snakes that sneak out in front of you, and sucking down the bugs... Dogs running loose... since I live in the country everyone who see's me knows me and wants to visit or ask do you need a ride. Obviously I am purposly out walking/running LOL

Same here and I hate eggs... Soy has lots of protein so does greek yogurt... I am not a big meat eater for the most part so I am always low on protein.

I am at a plateau... Almost a year at it. I started in 2010 I am 50 pounds down. and nothing more. Its hard stay in there, it will be worth it in the end. Dont focus so much on weight also numbers dont always mean anything, do measurments!
