I would say elliptical.. I think MFP averages way higher on what you actually burned... Like at gym if I burn 550 cals on here it would say over 600 so I go with lower numbre to be safe

I personally wouldnt count it... I dont count any of my housecleaning exercise. Although truthfully it is, just think of that as EXTRA if you go over your calories one day by 50 or something. Then you can think back.. " Oh yeah I worked my butt off cleaning" then you wont feel guilty about going over lol.

Work for Jbhunt transportation so I am also at a desk. Great thing is we have toasters, fridges, mircrowaves, lots of acsess & Also have 2 gyms in the Fac I work for.... Although we have them I choose to take a 30 min lunch so no time to work out, but when i get off at 230 I head straight to the gym first thing!

You dont need to mention the interview. Personally that man needs to be turned in by the other employees thats crazy! Maybe you should lower your calorie intake some... Just do 1200... I feel the BMR thing they give is a little on the high side.. What I do is eat 1200 cals a day.. I work out 5 days a week burning between 400 and 600 calories depending on the day and I eat back half of those calories, and im not at all starving. It is…

Makes perfect sense! This was hard for me to understand at first too but as long as you eat you 1200 cals a day your good. No work out no splurdign on that extra snack or extra serving of something. You could do what I do and post a picture of a girl in a bikini on your fridge a large one so when you walk to get something you wont do it bc you want that body! lol! Thats one good thing or I agree with the lady who said couple hersey kisses they are really low cal and will be just enough!

I have a second question to add to this. Is it normal to loose inches instead of weight? I can tell 100 percent in my clothing but my weight number I have only lost about 15 pounds but inces are falling off! Anyone else have this problem?

I love the website you guys posted!! Okay so the vote from everyone is eat back at least half to all of your exercise cals! Lots of times I have 300 of my calories left over for the day just didnt know what was healthy! Thanks so much guys!!

Yeah I did and it said I needed 1200 calories a day to loose weight. I just wasnt sure like say I have had 1200 cals and then work out and burn 500 that leaves me at 700 for the day after my 500 is burned should I just leave it at that or should I eat a few hundred more to get closer to the 1200 mark! CONFUSING! lol
