I am doing the 1200 a day calorie intake and working out 4 to 5 days a week at least, and burning between 400 to 600 calories each time. Should I eat over my 1200 calories or still maintain my 1200 even if I burn 400 to 600 cals a day! I want to get the best results, but also dont want my motabolism to slow down, and my body think im starving it! I have only been doing this big time for the last two weeks lost 1 pound first week and my weigh in is this friday for next result. SUGGESTIONS PLEASE! : )

If you want the best results, you should find out how many calories you really need. Most will tell you 1200 is not enough, especially after 600 calorie burned exercises. Get your height, weight, age and find out how much you really need.

Yeah I did and it said I needed 1200 calories a day to loose weight. I just wasnt sure like say I have had 1200 cals and then work out and burn 500 that leaves me at 700 for the day after my 500 is burned should I just leave it at that or should I eat a few hundred more to get closer to the 1200 mark! CONFUSING! lol0
