Did you just use what MFP gave you for calories or did you change it?? I am supposed to eat 1696 calories (as secondary) that seems high and to burned calories thats even higher!!! Guess I will try it and see how I do. It said on the website it is ok to eat a few hundred calories less (200-300).

I am not over weight and not trying to lose weight. I am trying to tone my body, therefore I am counting calories out but I eat healthy and do not eat huge portions. I am looking to maintain my weight, unless working out changes that. I just want to keep track of what my measurements are and my workouts.

I have been counting my calories but honestly I hate it!! I like keeping track of my measurements, weight and workouts. I am just not a fan of the calorie counting.

I have tried so many doctors and specialists and none of them have given me a single answer. I have had blood work done, x-rays. you name it Ive had it done and nothing has come from it. my knees are normally fine but it seems when I run outside that they act up.
